Integral eqquiped crushers
Details
All the advantages of the Jaw Crusher on Tires, Equipped and the Cone Crusher on Tires, with Screen and Closed Circuit, combined in a single unit with lower production capacity.
Jaw Crusher
- Designed for crushing material with a high content of large stones, reducing them to a medium size (reduction ratio of up to 6:1).
- Suitable for feeding a cone crusher with material containing a large proportion of big rocks.
- Ideal for bench blasting material.
- Ideal for hard and abrasive rocks such as basalt, granite, rhyolite, etc.
- The “skid-mounted” option does not include a feeder and therefore must be fed by other equipment suitable for the material to be crushed.
Cone Crusher
- Designed for crushing medium-size stone fed by a belt feeder (reduction ratio of up to 7.5:1).
- Designed for crushing medium-size stone coming from a jaw crusher.
- Ideal for hard and abrasive rocks such as basalt, granite, rhyolite, etc.
- The “skid-mounted” and “tire-mounted” options are used for intermediate or final crushing in combination with independent screens.
- The “with screen” option delivers multiple aggregate sizes already separated.
- Requires two external conveyors: one to feed the screen and another to close the cone crusher circuit.
- Requires external conveyors for stacking the final aggregates.
- The “with screen and closed circuit” option delivers multiple aggregate sizes already separated.
- Requires external conveyors for stacking the final aggregates.
